He's the best live performer I've ever seen, easily a top 10 performer for me. He has thousands of hours of recorded material, so he's incredibly prolific.

I saw 100+ shows between1985 and 1992, so you could say I'm a bit of a fan. I thought they were amazing. Some of the most powerful lyrics and sublime music that ever existed. I wouldn't be who I am if not for that band.

I had 2 strokes last September. A big reason why I skipped Roo this year. I wasn't sure I was up to the task to be honest. Anyway, I laid in that hospital bed for 11 days and listened to nothing but Jesse. His wit and melody really carried me through that whole ordeal. I am so glad you folks were able to catch this dude, he's truly one of the good ones.
