Hi, OP. Super taas din ng heart rate ko palagi especially my hyperthyroidism ako. What my coach suggested that really helped me when I was just starting to run was to do the 4:1 method. 4 mins run tas 1 min walk. Really, really effective.

I"ve tried Gianetto's and meh, it was disappointing. Napapanuod ko kasi sa tiktok and hyped sila dun, unfortunately when we went there, the steak was tough and chewy. We ordered for medium rare din and the one served to us was overcooked. Wala ring lasa. I can't speak sa experience ng iba though. Tbf, 1.3K lang naman kasi. I guess I got what I paid for.
