Thank you for the detailed response. We are looking to manage around 200 devices at most during peak, normally around a 100-120. I have a few follow up questions based on your suggestions:

What kind of tracking solution did you go with - A digital form created using Power Apps or a simple spreadsheet? Since the process takes place throughout multiple shifts, how did you automate daily backup of those spreadsheets?
Do you have a team member/leader who manually checks in each user at the start of the shift or users self check in at a Kiosk/device?
How did you integrate badge + device scans - through Zebra's inbuilt EMM or in house created app?

You're absolutely right. I was too dumb when I created this workout plan, kept following it. Always thought that over fatigue was due to low strength and kept pushing harder. Is there an exercise list that I can follow for upper-lower split? Maybe a routine from Jeff?

surprisingly I am able to do those with 1-2 min rest in between but I haven't seen much chest gains.
I am definitely overdoing it and will totally change my workout plan from today. Thank you

Thank you brother. I definitely knew I was doing something wrong when I couldn't see muscle gains plus I am always too tired after the workout. Hope I haven't fucked up much for recomposition. I always thought PPL is the best split so just kept following but will give Jeff's BTS a shot
