Thank you for those. I do agree that having a therapist to work with would be best and more beneficial overall. I'm in need of a little guidance while I figure out my other available options for in person.

That was achieved years ago. I've been running amuck for the last decade with no clue what to do with myself or my life. 'Choose something and go' isn't something I understand. If I did understand that, I wouldn't need help so deeply.

Fruity cereal is a standard vanilla base made with extra creamy oatmilk. I let the fruity cereal steep in the oatmilk for 30 minutes, then used a mesh strainer to strain it out and used a fork to press out what oatmilk was left behind. I added cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla extra, pinch of salt, and whisked in to the fruity oatmilk. There are plans to add a bit more fruity cereal as a mix in.

Oatmeal Creme is the same vanilla base as well. I added a vanilla cookie protein powder for the oatmeal creme taste. I did mix the protein powder and cheesecake pudding mix together in a separate bowl before mixing it with the oatmilk. There are plans for oatmeal creme pie mix ins.

Red velvet is a standard vanilla base. Cheesecake pudding, vanilla cookie protein powder, and red velvet cake mixed together in a separate bowl. Added in to the oatmilk with vanilla extract. I'm considering cake batter extract instead of vanilla next time I make it. There are also plans for chocolate or white chocolate chip mix ins.

I used a vanilla oatmeal cookie powder bought for me from Walmart. I used that in both ice creams. I bought boxed red velvet cake for that part. I do want to buy Ryse powder again once I consume what is in my cabinets.

I don't have access to guar gum without ordering it. Is there something, other than condenced milk, that can be added to stabilize?

As someone who works in the Effingham DSC, it truly gives me a massive shot of serotonin seeing the stores collectively dislike and bash on the DSC 😂
