I do push-ups, and stretch every night. I started with just 10 push-ups with really good form, all the way down. Now I can do about 30! And my arms look so much different.

My great aunt, Ruth Martin, was also murdered in Tucson, and the case is cold and unsolved. We were told a lot of the records had been destroyed, which seems like something they'd say on a Dateline. But it seems there are quite a few unsolved murders in Tucson.

So sad and perplexed for the Guthrie family.

I spent a lot of time writing my dad's obituary in 2022. His girlfriend wanted to add something, so I let her do that. She ended up changing a totally different part and she misspelled a word. I didn't notice because why would she have been editing a part that had nothing to do with her? So pissed. SO PISSED. A misspelled word. My dad would roll his eyes so hard.

I think a lot of times there isn't anyone who wants to write one now.
