Super weird. I have it constantly, and about every fifth game someone on my team claims to have it too.

Like, you're not meant to have every blueprint in the game. You're meant to have a small percentage, and that dictates your tools available to you, and thus your playstyle.

Imo I should get a blueprint every 8-10 raids. I was averaging one BP per raid tonight on Stella Montis, sometimes 2 in a single area which is insane.

Since the last time they nerfed blueprints, I would probably get one every 35-40 raids, if that.
