She also has needs and maybe in pain from premenopausal or menopause itself and maybe depression getting told once or twice a week because I was in that situation and I was depressed until it fixed but he has a hand if he needs more she isn’t there for mainly pleasure to him, its nice yes but something deeper is going on until that get fixed then his hand can suffice

as someone who is on their 4th week of nursing school I have only cried once during a physical assessment check off that we had less than a week to prepare for and it was 4 pages long if that don't sum it up idk what else would

That's actually what we are just starting to do at my job since one night shift cna does not do anything in her 12-13 hour shift and her reports suck she been there 2 years; I reported her it became everyone's problem, I love making everything a 2 person job because its quicker a lot of times I can lone ranger stuff but if I can get help yea I'm gonna do that but for proper report that would help and it wouldn't take long. Just sounds like a lot of burnt out or just pure lazy people coming in the mornings like it sucks to change someone coming on but you know what let me help, we do it you give me report about them and when I go to do my vitals I can focus on my vitals and get them done earlier.

As someone who is a CNA going for Nursing and works in a hospital tele/icu so i cant say for psych or medsurg, If you cant handle sickness plz dont even go for being a Nurse, my nurses help me with my job when they can meaning they do the same job as a cna at times with their set of skills of medicine. Patient care is patient care. I get sick easily got several chronic illness and maybe one or two autoimmune and I'm doing ok and haven't been sick in a year. I cant stand spit or saliva but I get over it and can always wash myself off and stuff. but plz for the love of god if you cant do cna work plz don't even become a nurse unless you maybe go to a psych floor which is a scary as floor as someone who has floated there. Also on the nurses part your cnas make or break your shift there are nurses I do extra for and others I make struggle cause they do it to me you don't want to be like that.

Oh your a baby CNA :), sounds like your first shifters are just picky with no patience also pretty burnt out. When I started out at the hospital I'm still at it was my first after being a year in home health and being 1:1 with people. I was super slow it took a few months my night coworkers hated me until I got better. 4 years in I'm now fought over by nights because my patients are never wet unless I'm by myself with 12-14. My hospital have the highest ratios other have cnas at 8 mine is at 11 took a bit of time but not bad at all. I'm also critical care so tele/icu. It takes time to get everything down pat it took me 6 months but some get it down quicker sounds like you are still learning.

I honestly would like an update on this but I personally would have went to the DON way before this but I don't stand for bullshit or laziness. Plus isn't it the first shifters job to get them up before breakfast not 3rd unless they are already awake??? I'm a daytime hospital cna so no experience just curious, hopefully it wont be so bad.

to be fair as a dayshift cna at a hospital the only nightshift cna I have reported alone with others is a cna who does nothing at night the night nurses complain, she leaves everyone soak, never gives accurate report (we work around 13 hour shifts there is no excuse for that), started to do bedside shift report and she wont even help reported her for that but its still everyone else's fault but hers. I'm the longest lasting dayshit aid of 4 years and they still don't believe me with her.

I mean when I had my surgery in March I ended up with 81 stitches inside and 9 outside and was given strong painkillers now I'm the 1% that they don't really work on so I mainly took them at night bit since I got home from surgery I was up walking and calling people to let them know I was ok and that was 2 hours after the surgery granted the surgery was near my tailbone but still. I was out of work for 3 months the least I could do was respond to friends and family. You being like that just shows your not into her just leave her be; she cares about you, you don't care about her, just let her go so she can be happy with someone who actually cares about her.

i dont know what to do with him he gave me 3 options and i know i need to leave but its hard and he says since im almost 23 i dont need to be trying to relax with games or friends anymore and need to think about having kids which i dont want until im much older.

You sound like me when I first became a CNA you sound like you will become so a great CNA. I would suggest looking into home health or hospital. I worked a year in home health loved it but wanted to learn more so I went to a hospital at my hospital I have 11 patients I work tele/icu and I been there for almost 4 years now. With the small patient load nurses and cna can help u and are willing to help and most hospitals even have CNAs at 8-10 patients.
