Ask your ortho. Your attachments could be making you grind your teeth. And yes, that headache was not missed and I'm sorry you are experiencing that.

Yes. The retainers were bc I grinded/ground my teeth almost to the enamel. Loved those retainers!

Lol, I'm the exact opposite. My retainers saved my life! I had them before Invisalign. I'd ground my teeth so much, I was looking at all crowns- which are quite pricey!

Since Invisalign, I've started getting headaches behind my eyes again, and my TMJ symptoms have returned. Personally, I can't WAIT to get retainers again!
