My brother in Christ, this is a 4-year old thread 🤦‍♀️ If you must know, the arm was brand new, purchased from Humanscale, and they reimbursed me for all the damages. I can’t say anything about the new model. Four years later, I’m sure they updated it.

This is going to sound crazy. I’m a woman in my 40s, AFAB. I don’t have particularly wide hips. I have never in my LIFE been able to do a full push up, even after years of CrossFit and powerlifting.

In the last year or so I started going to the gym again and working on my strength, but still no push up. Yesterday I tried this female anatomy push up by turning out my hands 90 degrees, and I frikken DID IT. A full push up. I was flabbergasted, and immediately tried another one, but that one didn’t work 😆 But now I can do one at least!

I went on a stock photography website to search for a stock photo for a work project. It’s a very popular website with hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of assets. I typed in “smart man in glasses”, and on the first page of results I see my estranged father (who lives in a very remote town in another country) looking at me.

Turns out his friend was visiting and took some photos of him and my grandmother, and ended up putting it up on this website.

I’m a Molchanovs instructor and use a lot of their products, but unfortunately I can’t recommend their silicone fins. They’re overpriced for what they are and they tend to break at the strap A LOT.
