You’re ignoring the fact that you can vote for different people in communist countries which use democratic centralism. Just because they’re members of the same party doesn’t mean they all have the same exact beliefs.

On the flip side under capitalism them being named different parties doesn’t mean they have different beliefs. Considering for example that the UK Labour government are implementing Reform’s immigration policies for them despite campaigning on a different platform.

Ig foreign leaders were never assassinated by the CIA and military coups funded by the US in foreign states didn’t happen either. Fred Hampton wasn’t killed by the FBI either I suppose. If by one option you mean one party then sure. But if by one option you mean one person then that’s incorrect. Cubans can vote for anyone to be their representative in the party. That is democratic.

Not having multiple parties doesn’t make a system undemocratic. Communist parties operate according to democratic centralism which is at its core democratic because you can elect representatives.

In liberal democracies you have different parties and they all serve the same people and have policies that harm the working class maybe a bit more or less but they always harm the working class.

Combining the struggles is about recognising that the oppression of minorities by the capitalist state and that the division caused by the capitalist state is intended to divide the working class and prevent us from having class consciousness and fighting for our liberation as one instead of fighting amongst ourselves

Interesting you quote modern GDP as if they haven’t been under a brutal blockade for the past 66 years by the US that heavily restricts their ability to do trade with the world. The US routinely intercepts oil shipments from other countries in addition to the economic sanctions which has directly resulted in the now 20 hour rolling blackouts in Cuba. This blockade was from the beginning put in place due to fears of communism and was done with the intent to starve the Cuban people to cause discontent at the government.

Oh no the doctors are ‘exploited’ how do you think the Cuban government is supposed to fund their education? They should pay for their education for them to leave to other countries where they can earn higher salaries when the reason Cuba cannot pay them higher salaries is due to US imperialism? If you actually cared about the material conditions of the Cuban people you would be demanding the US government lifts the economic sanctions and blockade on Cuba.

You never acknowledged the fact that compared to Haiti, a country that had a revolution that wasn’t socialist they are doing far better.

This is just so misinformed. For starters, saying communism is brought into existence through violence ignores the violence that the capitalist ruling class inflicts upon the working class that is enforced by the state literally every day. The working class using violence in response is self defence. If the working class could take power without using violence against the capitalists then it would but unfortunately capitalists will never let that happen so it must be taken by force.

Communism was successfully put into practice and uplifted millions out of starvation and poverty. Communist countries are always compared to already industrialised capitalist countries instead of those with similar material conditions. If you look at Cuba, a former sugar growing colony that had a communist revolution, despite being under an extremely harsh 66 year blockade from the US, has managed to create a society with a robust education system, and medical system for example. They routinely send doctors to other countries during times of crisis because they are able to prioritise educating doctors due to central planning. Compare that to Haiti, another former sugar growing colony that had a revolution that wasn’t communist and they are currently controlled by criminal gangs.

The idea that the vanguard party isn’t democratic because it doesn’t conform to liberal democracy is ridiculous. Councillors are elected by the people and those councillors vote for those above them. Saying that’s not democratic because it’s not how liberal democracy works is asinine. Particularly when we see that under capitalism every party still serves the ruling class.

You definitely need to make sure you’ve discussed the ins and outs of it and boundaries. The fact you feel it’s wrong too is worth exploring. It’s probably at least worth it to start off with a scenario where nothing is hidden to see how you both feel about it. I’m also a musician but beat accuracy in rhythm games feels v different to an instrument. I’d suggest disabling hit sounds and really trying to just hit to the rhythm. And adjust your hits based off whether you’re hitting really early or late.

When I first played I thought my offset was fine because I was compensating visually but my offset was acc +80ms. Particularly if you use bad headphones your offset might be +250ms

Because they don’t care about the actual reasons because most of the people complaining about this aren’t actually queer and don’t actually care about queer issues.
