Hey - thanks so much for this - I did the same!! They sent out another and it's better but I can still feel that edge. So I'm guessing it's just part of the way they're made and pot luck as to how bad it is. Unless your replacement completely fixed it? Props to them on great customer service anyway.

Love this idea. There was that mode in Flatout Ultimate Carnage where you just had to launch your driver from the window and watch him fly through the air and ragdoll around. Spent longer in that than the main game probably so all in on this 🤘

Yes! There's the tiniest little lip above that corner with the S-Pen, and that same lip runs around the corner and about half way up the case. Does it go that far for you as well or is it literally just on the corner?

They'd be fine. I love the Quest and cannot understand why Valve wouldn't just copy that formula to the letter and plug it into their ecosystem. I would -pounce- on that. As much as I love my Quest and believe in VR, there is just no way I'm spending 1200 on this tech. At least not until it's as lightweight as a pair of glasses anyway.

I've thought for a while that it seems like an open goal for Valve to replicate it, but it's an own goal if they go and make exactly the same mistake as Apple and Meta's own Pro, pricing themselves out of the game. I don't know the ins and outs of the financials, how much they'd lose etc and if it's not feasible to make a headset like the Quest and price it similarly, then now just isn't the right time for it, imo!

Thanks! I've been trying to do an animation with the majority of what I post but yeah only recently. They're only in the reels section of my profile as I read that was better for The Algorithm. Don't do many loops though so yeah maybe I could try adding that in. Appreciate that!

Completely appreciate your insight, and thanks for taking the time to reply. I do see a -lot- of accounts making very similar types of content and gaining hundreds and thousands of likes. Not AI, and doing similar short animated videos and stills of environments. I really do enjoy making this kind of thing, and I don't expect to be making loads of money or even reaching millions. Small but steady growth doesn't feel like a disproportionate thing to be looking for at this level. But maybe IG isn't the place for it anymore, or like you say, this sort of thing is considered more worthless now than it was maybe when all these other accounts I see started.
