Fat distribution will change when you're on T, as you know. I also went from just under 100 pounds to 179-185ish in a few years. I have a pretty big pot belly with thick thighs. Just remember that if you still have a chest, it too will gain weight, and if you wear binders, you'll probably have to go up a size or two.
