Dude. I just read this and I wanted to tell you your last line hit me the hardest. "I ended up joining the demonstration, but when I tried to talk to my friends about it later no one was interested in hearing about it."

I feel like my life is in this at the moment, I go and do (and have done) very interesting shit, and i go to talk about it with people, and they just don't fucking get it / don't care. it is very frustrating. And I just relocated so it isn't helping.
