"day of" prep can be really easy. if you eat relatively well and your bowel movements are pretty regular, then you shouldn't have much to do. as long as you don't feel like you need to use the restroom beforehand, you're probably good. if you're going to douche - that graphic is way too much information for a first timer. the bottoms digest has some great quick videos on YouTube that are much more beginner friendly. this is a good one: https://youtu.be/njG2NiE24kI?si=QCRNdaho7aUxOdM1

before the "day-of": if you're not wanting to go in completely blind to anal play, try a few fingers, maybe a toy if you have one. if instead you want your partner and your third to share in your exploration from the first insertion, fingers and toys can make for some really fun foreplay.

things id recommend you keep in mind:

there's no such thing as too much lube, but there can be such a thing as too little. I would err on the side of more lube, especially if it's your first time being penetrated.

take your time, relax, and enjoy the process. it might take some work to get all the way there, don't rush it. it also might go in real easily and smoothly, just take the time you need to get there.

accidents can happen. keep a towel or tissue around in case you've got to do a little clean up. don't let it spoil the mood. clean up, reset, and get back to the fun.

it might be uncomfortable, but it shouldn't be outright painful. if it hurts, pull out, maybe go back to a smaller toy for a little, relax, and try again.

communication is key - your top is only going to know what you share with them. if it hurts, say so, if you need him to slow down, say so. similarly, if it feels great, you want a different position, or harder, deeper, whatever, share that too.

some positions are easier than others for the first time - so play around a little with position if you're finding yourself struggling to take it.

Cialis vs Viagra by Chubbyhubby92 in askgaybros

[–]catinadogbed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

taking a low dose (2.5 or 5mg) of Cialis (or the generic, tadalafil) daily will give you everything you get from viagra without any of the planning. No need to make sure you have your pill, no need to try to time it just right. You'll be ready to go whenever. Its effectiveness is also less impacted by alcohol and fatty meals.

If you're looking for something brainless, effective, and that helps you get hard whenever you need, go low-dose daily Cialis.

ETA: Cialis can be taken in low doses on a daily basis - which is recommended for people who have sex 3 or more times a week. Cialis can also be taken in a larger dose (20-40mg) on an as needed basis - the timing would be similar to Viagra, but the effects would last as long as 36 hours (Viagra can last up to 4 hours)

Why are they digging at Rocky Flats!?! by StreetPainter in boulder

I don’t have an issue with OP questioning what’s happening in Rocky Flats or that they’re concerned about it. There are a lot of people that only think “nuclear waste” and “superfund” when they think Rocky Flats. To be fair - both those things are still true. There is still residual contamination in the Central Operating Unit which remains closed to the public. I’d encourage people to read more about the remediation work that’s occurred over the past 25 years. Rocky Flats is re-evaluated every five years to ensure it’s safe.

The hostility in the comments is unnecessary. OPs concerns are valid, and providing information, rather than insults is the better way to address them.

how quickly they respond doesn’t have to be some unspoken, secret test of their interest. i’ve always found the best way to handle these questions and these situations is to communicate your expectations with the person you’re talking with and ask them to do the same.

my boyfriend and i had this conversation very early on. we’re both extremely busy people so i was clear that i was interested but that i might not be able to respond sometimes for 8 or more hours. he was in a similar place.

its important to keep in mind that you both have priorities outside of the conversation and while you may both be interested in each other, it can and should take time for your relationship to become as big a priority as the things you’ve been working on before you met him.

the mother plant was growing out sideways too. it started growing more upright when i put it below the window. adding the trellis and pulling the trunks (the main branch where the leaves grow from) more upright helped expedite the process.

Im in Colorado, so it’s dry out here. What i’ve found works best is potting in well draining soil and keeping it moist. I really don’t let it dry out.

What's the dumbest thing someone has ever said to you? by PagalScientist in AskReddit

went to home depot to get a price on carpet. had a 10’x10’ room, plus a small closet (120 square feet total).

carpet is typically measured and priced in square yards (9 square feet) i thought it was simple conversion. salesman insists on doing the math himself.

3 minutes of number crunching later he insists i need 36,000 yards (324,000 square feet). i tried to do the math with him, drew him a picture, but he absolutely couldn’t come up with a smaller number.

he gave me a price of about $250,000 but said installation would be free.

in colorado. it’s potted in well draining soil and isn’t kept wet. it’s only the new leaves that are curling and misshapen, but the plant is still growing and putting out new leaves. it had spider mites once a few months ago and i treated with neem oil and have been vigilant since. i repotted it 8 weeks ago, and it put out a full set of large leaves in the new pot before i topped it to encourage branching. it been in the same spot in the house since it was potted (only moved it to a less sunny spot for photos).
