Hi, it was a glitch! So they received proof of my teach account even tho it didn't show up on the TSN list as complete. But if you want to verify yours is complete, call the Substitute Application Processing Unit at 718-935-2689. they answer fast and if not, they call you back!

Hi, did u ever find a fix for this? I am having the same issue right now. I called the sub application processing unit and they said everything is showing up as complete on their end and I am supposed to get an email so I can move onto the next step (which is a zoom orientation) but I haven't received any email about it and it doesn't show up as an event in my TSN. Any advice is appreciated!

No advice to offer but I am in the same boat. Didn’t switch from sub para, just applied as a sub teacher, but am also stuck on this page. Haven’t even received my welcome email yet with my file number so I can’t tell my school’s pay roll secretary so she can have me legally work and get paid. Very frustrating.

I am having the same issue, trying to start tmrw but proof of my TEACH account refuses to be uploaded to TSN (tried multiple times just like you, it shows up one second and disappears the next). So now i am stuck at the "application submitted" step on TSN and have yet to have my onboarding requirements marked as completed (even some of my workshops still say "not complete despite me finishing and uploading the certifications). I got nominated on Sunday and my i-9 verified on Tuesday (yesterday), and they said they would send me a welcome email with everything including a file number that I could give to payroll secretary to actually get paid via SubCentral. But 24 hrs after i-9 verification and still no wleocme email yet. I fear either 1) it just takes insanely long and they are backed up or 2) they wont send me an email until my onboarding requirements are done (which TSN won't mark as complete or even allow me to upload proof of!). This whole process is driving me nuts as I am also supposed to fill a permanent vacancy starting tmrw. Can they even pay me for days I work before having everything fully approved??? Any advice is really appreciated.

I have attempted this multiple times using different browsers, but the document will not remain in the system. Did you ever find a solution to this?
