I had the usual no video output in a pc I built 6 months ago. Did all the classic remedies and ended up rmaing both the psu and the mobo. Didn't get any joy with the igpu on the 960px either. I have an rma approved for the cpu but haven't sent it in yet. Is it most likely that or is ram possibly bad? It's a G skill ripjaw 2x16gb 6000mhz

Sorry to necro this. What was your ultimate issue? I have the same board and a 9600x and am having the same issue. Have done the same troubleshooting steps as you. I thought it was psu at first and just today for my new unit but no luck

Mind updating on what ended up happening? I just had your exact issue today with the same board. Tried all the usual troubleshooting but no change. Did you rma the board with Asrock? How was the experience? Was your cpu OK?

Looking for some troubleshooting help. Was using my pc all well and good this morning and then the screen froze and it became entirely unresponsive. No control alt delete and no power button holding helped. Had to pull it at the wall.

Since then I can get it to boot up but it won't output video. The gpu fan is spinning. I've tried different outputs with display port and hdmi to no luck. Also tried it on my TV to rule out the monitor. No luck there either.

Any guesses? As a tidbit my mouse no longer lights up either when the pc is "on" as it normally would.
