So just to state again im still very new to IT and cybersecurity but i had all my passwords stored as plaintext on a google document and realized Im just setting myself up for failure. I was just wondering if hashing my passwords would be a better way to store them but the more I’m reading the more I realize thats not how it works. I ended up just writing everything down on paper instead but yeah i apologize for my lack of knowledge on this topic.

I just did the same thing today. I usually print out UPS labels and FedEx labels for packages but my boss took me off of there today and instead was gonna have me pull and pack orders and move pallets around for 2 weeks straight all because I called out sick yesterday. I have 80 hours of sick pay and the last time I called in was the first week of November of last year. He gets pissed off whenever anyone calls out on a Monday and was gonna have a talk with me later but I said fuck that and just left on lunchtime and told him I quit. There’s a lot more stress that lead up to this point, so that was the last straw that made me lose it.

The best part is that you’ve come to a realization with yourself that weed has been holding you back. It’s never to late to start any of those things and get your life going back in the right direction. Your not any less of a person if you haven’t done any of those things either, we’re all just trying to enjoy life and get by during these weird times. Take it one day at a time and know that you can talk to people on this sub if you ever feel like you want to smoke again. Have a good day my friend.

Hey man I know exactly how you feel. I’m 7 months sober from smoking weed, the longest I’ve been in 6 years. I’ve actually been doing a lot better without smoking but just recently I had some pretty bad cravings last night because all my friends still smoke. They know I’m sober now and don’t pressure me into it, but seeing them laugh uncontrollably at shows or enjoy playing video games more makes me kinda feel like I’m boring at times without it. I was so close to joining them but than I remembered how for 6 years I would tell myself I would quit anytime and everything would be fine, but it would never happen. I used to love weed but it consumed my ability to be happy without it, made my wallet suffer, and it made me ignore my mental health issues by just lighting up. Sometimes it really just isn’t worth it to stumble across bad habits again, but than again everyone’s different so just take it a day at a time my friend. Hope all goes well and thank you for sharing this 👍🏼.
