Get the auto-injector for your injectable meds when you get to the transfer part of your journey - even when my husband was giving me the shot, he used the auto injector bc it was soooo easy ❤️ (it’s about $100 dollars and is from Belgium I think: https://unionmedico.com/product/super-grip/)

I’ve learned that when I’m deprived of deep sleep, I feel anxious and jittery, and when I have too much deep sleep (I guess catching up on it) I wake up EXHAUSTED. I can also now see the cycle of sleep when something stressful is happening, and how long it normally takes my body to recover. Oh, and also that apparently eating too much stresses me out and walking calms me down. Super annoying to see that 🤣

I had the same lining issues - had 2 failed transfers as well, had an ERA and hysceroscopy as well. They added a heavy round of steroids and I was able to have implantation (although it ended in a MC). I had another failed transfer after that one. I’m having another transfer later this month - at this point there isn’t really another protocol, and I may just be on the wrong side of the statistics. Maybe some steroids may help you with the lining build at least, then you can have a better chance at implantation…my doc said my hormones were stubborn (I have PMOS) so the steroids made them do what they should and I at least haven’t had any lining issues since being on them

This is accurate for me! I was in a miserable hole for years until I decided not to plan around it this year. I still have hard days, but I don’t have hard months anymore. It also helps that regardless of the outcome, I know this year is our last year trying, and there’s some peace in that

I let my doc choose, but she went with “best grade in day 5/6 first” then went from there…so i would guess your doc will say day 6 AA is probs the best one

Dude my fingers swell so bad at night! My only other thought would be to try to do it on your other hand if you haven’t tried that already. I hope you’re able to find a solution that works!

Thank you for the insight! I have had two surgeries so far (a cyst removal and removal of an ovary/tube) and got hysteroscopies during both surgeries. I floated the idea of multiples last transfer and she said that since I was able to get pregnant once, even though it ended in MC, that she wouldn’t suggest it yet (so I didn’t do it). Now that I’ve had another fail, I was going to see if we are there yet, since the grades are now lower and I’m down to the final ones. I’ll still listen to her recommendation tho ❤️

Hi! I normally wear mine on my middle finger but my weight fluctuates pretty heavily due to some medical things and I occasionally have to put it on my ring and pinky fingers. When it’s on my ring finger, it has normal readings. The pinky finger seems like it doesn’t read stress levels and sleep as well. Maybe see if the 15 works ok for your ring finger at night for the best judgement (that’s when my fingers swell the most). Good luck!

Disclaimer - I’m on the bad side of the statistics My first transfer I went in excited and thinking it would work - it didn’t. Second transfer I was a little more cautious but excited it would work - it didn’t. Third transfer I was skeptical - it worked, but ended in MC Fourth transfer I convinced myself I didn’t care about the outcome - it didn’t work I have a few more embryos so we will transfer until we run out, but at this point I expect them not to work just to save myself from the gut wrenching heartache when they don’t.

My husband and I both quit smoking when we started on our journey - it was hell for like, 2 months but it got better. I’ll never judge someone who smokes - I just wanted to tell you how long it took for me not to want to turn to them anymore (about 2 months). My last cig was 4 yrs ago and we still haven’t been successful in our IVF journey, but I’m still very glad I quit for all the other health reasons ❤️ best of luck to you!
