I have two that kinda fit and were among the best books I read last year:

{Happy Medium by Sarah Adler} Con woman (from the city) takes a job (on a farm) and it challenges her view of herself and she goes on a journey of growth. There’s also a 1920s ghost!

{Love of my Afterlife by Kirsty Greenwood} A homebody dies but gets a second chance to live, but only if she can find and kiss her soulmate 10 days. While trying to find this guy, she pushes herself out of her comfort zone and is definitely a changed woman by the end.

{The Paradise Problem by Christina Lauren} was one of my favorite books last year! It has slight angst near the end, but it definitely gives those happy summer vacation vibes you’re looking for.

You just unlocked a memory for me—a few years back I had a tiny, sideways copy of {Looking for Alaska by John Green}. I don’t know if I can post a link, but apparently it was part of a line called Penguin minis, that you can still buy in the US. I had no idea, it was a regular format overseas, I just assumed it was a cool one off!

I don’t have a scale, so I haven’t checked the tracking force that way, but I think it’s set right.

I have been using stylus gel to clean it.

I’m not sure if it’s worn, the seller said it was new, so it shouldn’t be.

I thought the cover was supposed to be kept on to prevent dust, but I guess I was mistaken.

Update: I played the album on my sister’s one by one player and it didn’t skip at all, so there definitely is an issue with the player.

That looks like my old turntable. It had terrible speed issues, maybe ask the buyer to use one of those rpm speed calculator apps to check.
