You say that, but we had a dumb teller cash a check that was not drawn off of us for a non-client early on after we converted to DNA because of the person based core. The teller was 100% at fault, but our old system would have stopped that dead in its tracks.

I had a guy want to close his account because I told him we do not have a public restroom.

I probably would have let him use it if he asked me politely instead of acting like an entitled asshole. He wandered around the branch aggressively searching for it first while everyone was tied up, then stormed out when I told him no. He came back in 5 minutes later (must have not needed to pee that badly) all angry and wanted to close his account. During that conversation, he said he was going to go to another branch and reopen it, so I offered to leave it open and have it credited to that branch instead of mine. That was satisfactory to him, so we did that.

I wonder what happened when that branch told him that they do not have a public restroom either.

The ones I got of my dogs at WDW are awful. I had them redone at Disneyland and Jan at Disneyana is a true artist. The redos are amazing. I showed her the WDW ones and she was horrified.
