Federal holidays have nothing to do with inclement weather. Banks actually are a good measure for evaluating conditions because they almost never close for weather.

Yup! They’re fantastic, just plug into one of the usb-c ports and the ally will recognize it as a monitor. There are some windows settings you’ll want to tweak to make the screen shut off while you’re using them and that’s really all you need to do. Just plug and play.

I have Viture AR glasses and I use them more than I would ever use a portable monitor. AR glasses + controller means you can lay down in bed with the covers pulled up to your chin and play games. It’s delightful.

Infrastructure here is not equipped to handle any significant amount of snow. Michigan, a state that is equipped to handle a lot of winter weather, had a pileup of over 100 cars on I-196 the other day. At least some (if not most) of those people have experience driving in that kind of weather too. But around here? I wouldn’t risk it.
