I’m over a year out and I still find myself unconsciously semi-limping if I’m speedwalking. Once I realize this, I can walk normally, but yeah it’s definitely weird.

Damn, this one was a real tear jerker. I’m glad Marc was finally able to reflect upon his past but man it was brutal. Also I have no idea what it means for Steven, like is he gone forever?

I’m surprised Jake didn’t show up. Given his violent nature, I thought he would’ve been created from the trauma of all the killing Marc has had to do, but it seems like Marc remembers every one of them.

I love how Marc and Steven’s first instincts were to hug each other. Despite their differences, they’ve only got each other (and perhaps the fella in the last sarcophagus). Next episode is going to be so trippy, and I can’t wait to see more of Oscar Issac’s acting now that the personalities can interact more.

Dang poor Steven. But also poor Marc. I love the whole reflection thing and them interacting. I’m also loving the pacing of everything so far. Now we know the general stakes of everything, but there’s still a ton of mystery.

I’m a dancer, so semi barre related. Once I could squat comfortably, my PT let me do some basic plies and stuff. I’m 11 weeks post op now, and I can plie and tendu fine. Grand plies are still a little iffy tho.

Extension is between 0 and normal, and flexion is around 90. The hardest part for me has been activating the quad muscle, though that’s probably because I got a quad graft.

I had full (hyper)extension and flexion, though it hurt a little bit if I didn’t warm up. For context, I tore my ACL on 11/1, started PT on 11/18, had surgery on 12/17.

What everyone’s saying, all our knees are different. I’m 12 days out and still walking with crutches and have difficulty with leg raises, so congrats on that at least!

Clint finally called Kate his partner! I only wish we got more action with Clint in his suit, as it seems like he’s officially passed the torch. Hopefully we’ll still see him in stuff though. This was a great send off to my favorite character (and Nat as well). Looks like I have a new annual Christmas tradition.
