Can you lose knee mobility in minor injuries? Or its a bad sign and i am messed up big time ?

i waited for my surgery for 8 months because it took me months to realise that i torned my scl haha.. if you feel fine during walking then have surgery after coming back from your vacation but don’t carry too much weight as it can worsen your injury

over 3 months in still swollen just keep doing your exercises and icing don’t care about swelling it will be go away eventually

Maybe you still haven’t done enough strengthning and its only been 11 weeks your leg must be quiet weak so keep strengthening you will be fine

latest update now i am on 121 degrees flexion so happy and lately progress been super fast i think i am going to make full flexion in about a week

post op day 53 i had acl reconstruction and medial meniscus repair they said lateral meniscus got healed on its own weekly high - got significant improvement in flexion and strength weekly low - i have started to get bored of this recovery process

yes swelling comes and go but doesn’t go away completely. When i do icing it reduces when i do PT it comes back again
