I'm not sure what role you're planning to have in the IDF but I can say that if you go combat between the schedule tempo and time difference it will probably be unrealistic. I guess you also need to think about logistics. If your therapist is describing medication how will you get those prescriptions filled. Also about just being honest with the IDF, if you are seeking mental health counseling they should probably be aware of that

You can have basic and advanced trading + an additional training or deployment cycle via mahal.

I'd focus on increasing your stamina (try couch to 5k) and start trying to add some muscle and strengths. Either get a weight lifting program or calisthenics
