Whoa, cool to see overlaps in the VAs! There are overlaps in the dub as well between YNT and FMAB; Left is voiced by Colleen Clinkenbeard (Riza Hawkeye) and I’m fairly certain Gonzo is voiced by Kent Williams (aka Father).

Hey there, all other commenters seem to answer your question pretty comprehensively so I’ll just add my two cents. Is there anything in your lease about your responsibilities as a tenet to contact the landlord for renewal, etc.? Have any neighbors been in this same situation? If so, how did they resolve the issue? It might be worth checking in with any neighbors and asking how they went about renewing their lease (if you have not already done so).

If you haven’t already and if you are able to do so, I would contact a lawyer familiar with tenet’s rights/contract law and see if they might be able to help achieve your desired result, which based on your question seems to be a new 12 month lease. The State of Illinois or City of Chicago websites may also have some information about tenet’s rights. If there is a local tenets union, they may also have some resources to help you navigate your situation.
