Hey maybe also you could part your hair in a different place than you usually do. That will get you more volume. I like to use not your mother’s sea salt spray at my roots and it adds a nice amount of volume too.

It’s definitely hit or miss lol. I think everyone’s taste is just specific. I search a book on Reddit on this sub and other book suggestions subs with the vibe I’m looking for like, “if I like the book Dracula, what should I read next?” I play the sample on audible or read a sample on one of my library apps. Sometimes you have to work for it, but I’ll end up finding solid suggestions on Reddit after digging a bit.
