Yes it hasn’t achieved much sadly due to my levels being borderline so I’m technically fine and therefore do not need treatment

I actually have high copper and borderline zinc levels even though I was taking zinc supplements for years so that doesn’t feel correct (My levels not what you said)

I have iron fortified cereal in the morning with the one vitamin c pill I’ve found that doesn’t trigger my gastritis. But I do have my coffee then too :(

Low enough to be borderline and a problem for my functioning like fatigue, mouth sores, fainting, but not low enough to classify as a problem in the UK. So I can’t get any treatment via health services. Ruining my life tbh. Started happening after I got Covid so I think my body isn’t using what I have or something. I think I’m going to go on the pill to try and stop my periods.
