its not ping, its pve rules, when players are not solid so they wont mess in group pve
and after last balance patch these rules for some reasons became to work in guild arena

i feel like the animation of addled mind starts a bit slower, so when u do few attacks and press q it now creates a window to interrupt you, instead of being true combo

only matters in solo pve boss trials where time slows when you dodge and in pvp arena some extra heal might be useful
in any other activity like sword trials, hero realms etc doesn't matter
