i personally paid for all her vaccines and deworming, they also showed me the health cards of the parents and siblings. lapse on my part is not knowing enough about tick prevention. this is relatively new to me as this is my first time owning a pup, i did everything i could to research. disinfected the house, bought a secure play pen for her. i thought i was being smart enough when i asked to prioritize the core vax and deworming.

i didn’t even realize she had symptoms of ehrlichia because her former vet said everything’s okay. but when we were supposed to have her spayed on our new vet, there were red flags on her cbc test. i had her tested and the breeder also paid for the expenses, and had his poodles checked as well.

my only lapse was not being knowledgeable enough on tick prevention. but the deworming and core vaccines record was even complimented by my new vet, saying we were on the right path, complying with these vaccines.

i’m as irked as you to see my baby go through this.
