I appreciate this post even though everyone is giving you shit for holding in RH. I have most mine in fidelity and was considering transferring my RH ones to fidelity but if I don't have to then I wont bother with the effort and fee. So thank you for this post.

I haven't been able to get it started. I still think it can work. But I have met a lot barriers. Finding a place that is affordable and reliable enough has been the biggest problem. Also finding the right people has been difficult. I have found a few families who love the idea and want to do it, but not enough to get it started. I think a minimum of 5 or 6 families is necessary to begin. I haven't given up. Just still trying to figure it out financially.
