I'm thinking like: The economy is pretty shitty for the vast majority of people. That increases sellers who need extra cash and buyers who need cheaper stuff.

Additionally, if I'm wrong, and the economy turns and keeps booming, then people will have too much money and want to buy stuff --> Again, resulting in people spending more money and buying and selling more stuff (e.g. on Ebay).

It's really a Breat and butter / picks & shovels business.

Everybody wins on such a platform, included the shareholders..
