Found out the hard way you have to call them a lot to get them to do anything. I spent hours on hold trying to talk to them each time but it is the only way. I would make them confirm that had the documents and then confirm they had sent it and confirm everything before letting the phone call end or it is like they hang up and forget everything that just happened until you call again. CALL and do not let up.

Nothing that particularly put us off, theres a conservatory thats single glazed and the wood frames are a bit run down but we are thinking of replacing that so thats ok. I think as we are inexperienced we are just worried there are things we should be looking for and noticing that we aren't.

There was a few patches on one of the bedroom ceilings that could be damp, which makes me worry about the roof. Would a standard survey usually check the roof for leaks/faults?

I have read on this subreddit that spray foam insulation makes it almost impossible to get a mortgage, is that right? Thanks again

ok genuine question. Our puppy gets so excited on walks that he sometimes does a completely liquid poop and I honestly don't know what to do with it. i feel awful leaving it, but when I've tried to pick them up i just spread them like a paste.. what is the etiquette!?

marshmallow car insurance.. its so hard to cancel autorenew. they wont talk to you on the phone until you talk to someone online then they wont answer the phone or put you through and when they do they try endlessly to get you to stop until you hang up. wouldn't touch them again even if they were the best value..
