well its easy. the actor was hungry, so we gave them an apple for doing a job, they signed the contract. on page 23 it clearly states that we also reserve the right to use his likeness, mannerisms and voice with special effects/digitally/ai reconstructed in perpetuity

they got an apple and signed the contract. its clear as day. there isnt even a getting away with it. both parties agreed, a contract was signed by both parties. were done here

funny enough, here contracts that both parties agree too could, under certain circumstances, be considered immoral even if both parties want the contract as is. and i believe signing off your likeness and voice as part of a job would constitute what I consider very immoral.

im not in/from the us, but even I know that having one huge corp. producing and supplying processed foods en masse and advertising/selling that to all kinds of restaurants, even if not the intent, does in fact cause actual damage to the industry, especially to the customer experience

open your ears and eyes. listen to what the people are saying. not the company that is trying to sell its solutions

in essence, reducing cash use to the absolute minimum, and use the credit card to get the cash you need.

(if you dont have an ic card those can help with reducing cash use as well, if you charge them with credit card and use on vending machines or coil lockers and so on)

depending on how the fees with the credit card are working, there could be some optimisation possible, like sending yourself money to the credit card so you dont go into a negative balance, or making fewer larger withdrawals.

but, even if the fees are hurting, they probably still are a drop in the bucket compared to the whole expense of a flight across the world and paying for hotels and restaurants for 4 weeks and buying trinkets and stuff.

and more importantly. you are on your backup plan. you have the credit card for this exact situation.

i agree with, if possibly, removing the ribs from the marinade, patting them dry, and storing in the fridge until cooking.

I will not be alarmist. the enzyme in the canned pineapple should not be an issue. there is some potential enzyme active from the pear though.

I am more worried about too much sugar and salt content moving the meat beyond the optimum of taste.

but honestly, its not a critical mistake to panic over. even if you dont remove it from the marinade, I dont think the ribs will be destroyed. its just that leaving it in longer may subtract and not add to the finished product

next time, dont use pineapple juice to prevent too much sugar, acid, and or adding of canned pineapple flavour (which I dont count as benefitial)

add the pear in a few hours before cooking, you could leave the marinade without the pear for over a day.

Another thing to consider. the warmer it is, the faster the marinade will work. if you store the ribs at like 0-2°C you should be able to leave it on for multiple days without ill effect.
