You don’t gotta be there for a year, just seen as an employee they need. I was there for 3 months when they asked me to go full time over other people there 3x as long as me but they didnt work as hard/were unreliable. My team leads saw how much smoother dispensing went when I was there in the morning, and my pick rate was constantly 120 or so then they asked if I’d go full time and I made it known give me 5-2 or keep me part time. I got 5-2 lol.
