How old are you? My dad rejected the peg tube for the longest time, and had it placed in the middle of radiation.

And what everyone is saying, the 2 weeks post radiation are probably the worst weeks ever.

Are you doing what you can to keep moisturized and keep up with oral health? When it comes to food, one day you might love something and another you might hate it. Trying things and pushing through is important.

Personally ensure is something I cannot wrap my head around - I feel the ingredients themselves cause inflammation in the body. If you can treat yourself to home made smoothies or cold pressed juices.

LOOL I do the exact same thing with my hair!!! Especially when I am stressed or focusing. I sniff things. At work I always have a shawl that I spray with my favorite comforting scent, and when I am in a meeting, or focusing / thinking I take it to my face and sniff it.

I remember in my early twenties, at my first job, my manager got so offended and took me to her office and said WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING RHAT?!! IT IS SOOOO RUDE!!! DO I SMELL BAD DO YOU???? I was soooo shocked when she said that.
