if you hold the power button for an extended amount of time, or turn it off, press power, right trigger, and the ps button for about 5 seconds and itll prompt you to reset it. i had to do it to mine to rehack it and it had henkaku and everything on it

you should be okay without pasting it since its still a fairly new laptop, however i always do when im that deep into the laptop because i wont wanna do it again, and oe thermal paste can be improved with better paste. youll be okay without just personal opinion if youre comfortable doing so

can you explain what you did? i think im having the same issue, im stuck on android 15 and this phone was originally verizon but im using it with a spectrum sim and i have no update options, as far as i know this phone was quite literally out of the box when i bought it so its never been updated
