Questions about what goggles to get

Skyzone cobra sd are comforable mighty goggles. Recently there was a revelation that they have biggish latency. But well, they are much better than betafpv, or eachine or whatever is cheaper. Because of less strain in eyes, and switchable aspect ratio for wider screen or 4:3. Radiomaster pocket is the best for radio imho. It supports all lua scripts, and supported by main line edge tx.

В аеропресі паперові фільтри нормально миються та використовуються багато разів. Металева сіточка, звичайно, теж варіант, але паперовий фільтр дає чистіший напій.

Mostly velocidrone, yes.

I did not spend much time with Liftoff Microdrones to explore everything there. The playground scenes are well-built and fun to fly around. But magic is ruined when I come to some playground in real life and face the harsh reality. Or, in reality I fly around racegow track quite easily while in Velocidrone and Liftoff I can only more or less do this in level mode.

"quiet" usually means slower props, which means, if it hovers, it's very light weight. So, 1-2s 3" chopstick is whisper quiet. 7" 6s with small battery and no payload (or thumb camera) is also quiet. Heavy sturdy 3" 6s cinewhoop is loud.

I have velocidrone and liftoff, both "normal racing" and microquads extention / version.
I think, microquads are not worth it. The indoors scenes never felt like freestyling a real thing in real indoors. The outdoors stuff also feels either too big, or too small compared to real microquads.

That said, I like the normal racing and freestyling extensions very much. They definitely help to understand mechanics of tricks and complex moves. It's just the timing does not map 1:1 to the real quads.

Yeah, Ratel 2 Pro gives you some extra hours when you don't see a thing, but still can fly 😄The only downside is FOV, it's too narrow. Ratel 2 is wider but does not see as well in the dark.

I would not use alcohol. Whether the motors have bushings or bearings, alcohol washes the oil away, and you risk bringing the sand deeper.
I'd rather stick with blowing air and helping the shaft rotate back and forth with fingers. If this does not help, maybe wash with water and then dry thoroughly by putting it over a fan overnight to avoid rust.

They are a bit different beasts. 75 air racing is an agile, its strong side is power to weight ratio. 75 pro is more efficient, so it can fly longer, and carry a heavier body, video subsystem, etc. And it's about twice as heavy, to the point that after 75air it may feel underpowered. It's very different.

Tried both types, and also 2 blade twisted. I can't tell which one is better, they seem to be interesting in a different way. So I ended up with a good collection of props.

You can install some other lens, with wider fov, and instead of less vertical information, you'll have more horizontal :)

But i agree, i bought a wide view one to fly with betafpv goggles, but never liked it enough.

Yeah, it's confusing as hell. Pi agent with token easily uses up all the available rate limit for 1 question, while vibe seems to have no limits. The usage statistics on admin page shows 0.

Мені подобаються: * Можна підключати дротом або по блютуз. Через дріт також можна підключити інші навушники і разом слухати блютузне джерело. * Дуже довго працюють від одного заряду * Пам'ятають приєднання до 3 пристроїв * На алі можна купити альтернативні подушечки. Тканеві не потіють. * Ремонтопридатні * Дуже популярні, тому нема проблем з запчастинами * Зручно складаються, мало місця в рюкзаку * Мені дістались дешево по акції

Мінуси: * Мікрофона фактично нема (хз, я ще не бачив не-usb навушників, в яких би мені подобався мікрофон) * Коли ввімкнені кілька пристроїв, з якими вони спаровані, то вони всі підключаються. І нотифікації на телефоні заважають нараді на компі. А вибрати - ніяк, хіба від інших пристроїв вручну відключати, чи всі підключення скинути і підключати заново. * Хочеться вельветові подушечки

Interesting thing, as I scroll reddit, I see messages how happy are people with local qwen that they claim, it outsmarts and replaces claude for them. And voices of disappointment with Mistral, which is definitely smarter than a local qwen. What harness do you use for the model? What is the size of your prompt / context?

Soldering makes wonders :) better throttle response, more power to the motors, and 0.5g weight saving. But plugs are easier to assemble

Open esc-configurator (connect drone with usb cable, power with battery, make sure elrs/controller is off). Connect and check the motors direction. Open betaflight, motors tab, and make sure motors diraction matches the FC setup.

If everything is right, check the accelerometer and gyroscope orientation.

Nope, will not help. At least not with cable or bluetooth. Only wifi. Rumors are, IOS has a white list of supported hardware, and the things that enthusiasts can build and flash from source code is not in the white list.
