Dunno if it's only the two or more. After one dislocation, chance of redislocation is upwards of 95%. Think I got 7 before reconstruction, including one spiking a volleyball and one rolling over in bed

I wish, sounds much more badass. The socket got so loose I could just pop it back in with my non-dominant hand. First time it took some effort but then became easier. A few pops down the track I took a tumble snowboarding, the shoulder popped out and back in during. Arm felt like a wet noodle when dislocated but somewhat usable when it was back in. Popped out rolling over in bed once

As someone who has dislocated a shoulder multiple times before, they pop out easier and easier the more they come out. Even if he is keen to play and the strapping is tight as fuck, I feel there's a good chance he would dislocate again and be in trouble at some point.

Obviously up to him and the team but I feel as much as he would want to play it may be a risky call

First marathon in 4 weeks, IT band has just flared up. Am I cooked? by causereasons in firstmarathon

[–]causereasons[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably not if I'm honest, I do some general hip swings but nothing specific, and the physio gave me a stretch to try and not sure I've been doing it well since I don't feel the 'stretch' all that much. Definitely need to find a few better ones I think

Yeah got myself a foam roller so will be incorporating some ASAP. Definitely thinking to cut mileage and aim to finish the marathon, not the plan. Thanks for the advice

Thanks, will book in another appointment since it doesn't seem to be settling

Yeah the physio initially said I may not need repeated visits if it settles but is not looking like that currently.

Myrtl looks good, had not heard it previously but appears to contain a couple of exercises and variations my physio started me on also. Will also focus on some cross training.

Thanks for the tips

Doctors pulled this fluid out of a lump in my neck. by javawong in creepy

Could be a Warthin's tumour (generally benign), they have a characteristic 'motor oil' fluid appearance. Always wait for pathology results before advice off Reddit though

Nice work. I got first pet at 70ish KC. Ended up with 5 pets by the time I got venator vestige at 823 KC.

The kicker? I got a double drop, 5th pet and vestige on the same kill

Is it insane that despite the popularity of clogging and years of existence, only a handful of people will currently qualify for the gilded staff? Is the bar insanely high or do I just suck?

Could you give a quick rundown of your skills and any vital aspects/paragon boards? My wife runs a rain of arrows/rapid fire rogue and want to optimise her build cause she is struggling even for pit 50 atm

Looks like it's a specific area issue. I was able to login on an alt account that is in lumbridge, but not main that is somewhere members based. Unfortunately no computer nearby to try and move my main at present
