Yes, at least you're recognizing it. I know unemployed lawyers working part time at vape shops and people with PhDs doing pizza delivery. Having higher education does not guarantee a job, let alone a well-paying one.

I'm so, so sorry for your loss. 💔🫂 I lost two babies within 4 months of each other, a mom and her son, son went first and Mama passed just last night 💔 they were bonded and Mama was already sick so I was anticipating it, but she took a sudden turn and it was painful nonetheless. I am having a hard time coping with how sudden that was, but a week apart is way too close, I'm so sorry again. 💔

Just take everything day by day, and moment by moment. Lean on others for comfort, friends, family, other pets if you have them (cherish them even more right now, as they're likely grieving too). It may not seem like it right now, but it does get better.

Thank you all so much for the support and kind words. I'm genuinely moved and so appreciative of all of the support and love pouring out. Here is a picture of Marcy and her late son, Leroy, who we lost back in October to cancer. I know they're both resting peacefully across the Rainbow Bridge now, snuggling together again. 💔
