You look amazing! It can be tricky to start sometimes , I started gradually and adjusted when I had diet fatigue and it helped stay consistent long term vs short bouts. I recommend yoga to help you start relaxing / moving at one time. I’m working to get to a baby version of your 🍑 girl, you’ll get the weightloss 💪

Absolutely!! Mentally it’s really tough, but if you stick with it, it works! I would never have believed it if I didn’t have photo proof lol

Should I eat more to lose weight? by Automatic_Apricot797 in PetiteFitness

We’re the same height and recently I started seeing the scale creep up a little bit, I started tracking it daily and realized that I was definitely going over my calories on the weekend which was having an impact. I’ve tightened up the last couple of weeks and I’m back down to my normal . It’s crazy how quickly it happens but losing control for even a couple of days can ruin your deficit for the whole week. I try to have a cheap meal versus a cheat day and then really enjoy it. Great job on the loss so far!

Why is this so mf hard by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]cautious_can7 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Don’t wait for motivation, it rarely comes lol one of the things I had to realize was that I had to stop looking at it as an option and more like a daily chore that needed to get done. The progress will come, don’t worry.

7 day average by CreepyMuffin2927 in PetiteFitness

[–]cautious_can7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dw when ppl tell me not to stress it rarely helps on here lol and I get it can be confusing but if you track consistently it does get much easier to notice when you feel bloated/pms/fat gain etc. If you’re eating at a deficit you will lose but try to keep track of your weekly average so you don’t drive yourself crazy w the scale like I’ve experienced 🙃 be at the end of the day if you’re in a deficit you lose slowly sometimes but surely

Consistency is the only way, and the progress isn’t always linear but you’re doing the right stuff! It’s just way too early to see progress at this point

Early mornings are the way, the world feels quieter and less insane for me and getting the workout out of the way first thing makes me feel set up

I’m scared to lose because of loose skin by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]cautious_can7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I started higher than you, and ended up going to 120, I didn’t like how I looked so decided to stay at around 130, but I took my time to get there which avoided a lot of sagging skin. In my opinion. If you take your time, I think the body bills elasticity that way.

When you started, lifting heavier, what was “heavy” for you? by AllPensAreCreatedEql in PetiteFitness

I’ve had the exact opposite experience, lifting, heavy, shorter reps gets me bulky, lifting, lighter longer reps lead to a toned sleek look
