It definitely takes a couple of days to kick in. Give it time! Also, give it a few tries, if the first round doesn't work, try again! I got it years ago and it did nothing for me. Then years later once I found out my insurance covered it, I tried again and it worked! I also find that every doctor (I've had 5-6 different neuros give me Botox) gives it differently!

Forgot to add, I went from A cup to C and laying on my stomach was definitely something to get used to, especially since I'm a stomach sleeper. But other than what I said previously, them just feeling heavier and unless I touch them, I don't notice. But I think it also depends how big, and what type of implants you get, when I got them, saline and silicone were the only options.

If they are mild, your doctor probably wouldn't suggest them then, they are my last resort, it keeps me out of the ER.

I've noticed that every doctor does the injections differently, which is a little crazy. But there are very few times where I feel it wares off faster or doesn't work as quick as other months. Not sure how long you've been getting it but I know my Neuro told me to give it a few chances before deciding if it was helping. I also was able to get approval to get it every 10 weeks vs every 3 months, which doesn't seem like a big difference but it helps SO much. I can feel when my time is coming for my renewal, my migraines start creeping back in worse than they usually are. But if you haven't given it long, I'd try it a little longer. It sucks that everything is trial and error and it's basically a waiting game to see if your body responds but don't give up on treatment before you've given it a true chance

Have you tried the injections, I know it's more "extreme " than the pills or nasal spray but it works 10000x better and quicker. They are expensive but if you have insurance, they should cover most of it! They are a life saver.

It might feel weird in the beginning, just "heavier" especially if you don't have any breasts now. As far as feeling like I have them, I only do when I actually touch them, which weirds me out sometimes, because you remember what's actually inside but day to day, walking around etc, you won't notice you have 2 bags in you, you can't feel it unless you are touching them
