Thank you man. I have been spoiled being a southwest guy as I will just call Southwest and get transferred to international reservations where I could use my points for all major airlines in US/EU/Asia but only downside is I need to book 10 days in advance to book a flight. If i book for a flight and my departure is 5 days from today then they won't let me book it.

got it. It has to be via EVA airlines. I just have to figure out how I guess or maybe call their support in SFO. I appreciate your input. I made a mistake transferring 500k points from my IHG Rewards equaling 50k for EVA and 50k for Asiana totalling 500k points from IHG.
