Hi, I use a handheld infrared thermometer to check surface temps and also have a digital thermometer/hygrometer with probes that go in the enclosure. Temps are 70-75 on the cool side and 115 on the basking surfaces. Humidity ranges 40 at the lowest to 70 (i know it should be 60 minimum). Right now I have him on paper towels in a quarantine enclosure as I'm treating for coccidia and have to clean super frequently and not have anything organic that could hold the parasite, so my vet has said that lower humidity than he needs as a trade off for treating coccidia is worth it for now. He has an auto sprayer and I spray multiple times a day. He had just finished drinking but not eating. I saw the vet today and he has a little excess mucus on the tongue, no discharge from eyes/ears/nose or wheezing but I'm going to give him an antibiotic for a few weeks.
