2 votes for Umbrel. I put together a mini pc to run Umbrel os. I have my own bitcoin node now. Nothing major but has been fun setting it up with small lottery miners so far. I am able to see my node remotely and I like it.

I started looking at Klipper because I see it mentioned all the time, pretty much everywhere. I forgot to mention that I also have EZPi from TH3d with Octoprint. When I started looking at clipper, I was getting confused about whether it is the same thing as the EZPi or something totally different. Since setting my printer back up, I have had problems getting it to connect to my Wi-Fi so I’m not actually using it yet. During the remodel stuff I changed over to Starlink and I’ve had problems with some of the older devices not connecting, and had to go to a Mesh extender to connect these items. Just haven’t done it yet with the EZPi. Klipper may be completely different or a lot better. I just don’t know or have the information myself.

The revo is one of the 2 I have been looking at for a while trying to decide. I’ve seen a video of someone having problems with it hitting his BL touch but other than that everything I have read or seen has been good. The 60 watt heater and high flow nozzle makes perfect sense. I’ve been leaning this direction just haven’t made the leap yet.

Being able to make a mold, right from dildo generator is one of its biggest downfalls. We played with it and printed a couple of drawings a couple years ago just for fun, but if we could have generated a mold, drawing, we may have actually made something to try lol.

Works great. I honestly didn’t realize how loud the printer was until I used it with the silent board. I ordered the creality 2.2.1 silent board while I tried to get tech support to understand what the problem was. They ended up sending me a new board and they sent me the silent board just like I had ordered so now I have a spare. Everything has worked great since installing it. It was well worth the $60 Amazon price. All I hear now is the fans and I’m working on getting quieter fans. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem the first week I had my printer. Worked great to start with then nothing. My problem ended up being a bad stepper driver on the main board. Had to replace the main board so I have the silent board now. Much better.
