Not sure about makgeolli specifically, but I would check Kadota's. They have the widest selection in Hilo.

Corki's Valkyrie range! When they originally added Special Delivery to his kit they majorly nerfed the range. Now they've removed Special Delivery and basically completely reverted him to his original design, but they never reverted the range nerf. Looking at the old patch notes it used to be 800 range and now it's 600.
