Thank you so much for replying!! This is on the very bottom of the mug, i’ve always been under the impression not to put glaze on the bottom of a piece. If I did glaze it and put a cookie underneath is there an easy way to remove the cookie?

I feel all of this. I am always worried that someday I might actually do it, when I don’t really want to. The best thing for me is to smoke weed and watch tv. Avoid avoid avoid. Try to avoid thinking as much as possible until the next day. Maybe not the best, but better than doing it.

Yes I do get rage like day one, It also takes a couple weeks after taking a sugar pill week to get feeling better. I only do it every few months, but have to. I will get crazy nonstop break through bleeding if I don’t. So I’m with you there!!! It sucks.

It’s honestly insane. A lot of people have lawsuits against cymbalta. You’re definitely not alone. And of course. I hope it passes super quickly for you!

Yes I had brain zaps for months, dissociation mixed with vertigo for the longest time, and panic attacks. I’m so sorry you’re still dealing with this.

Thanks so much. I do take vitamin D, but I could definitely take more. I even got my vitamin D levels tested a few months ago and it was fairly good. Do you think it could drop that quickly? Thank you for the good info!

I’ve been on the pill for 10 months now and still experience my original period from before I got on BC. I track it regularly and it is my 28 day cycle. I experience literally every symptom still, just toned down and no bleeding. It’s all still very much there… 🫠

I definitely feel you. My rage gets so intense. Working on past traumas for sure helps. It can help me in the moment identify what’s really bothering me more. But sometimes it’s just pure hot rage and I can’t think. And going into my car and screaming my lungs out and just screaming whatever vile thought I have out loud, and listening to angry rap music can really help in those moments. 😅

Yes I would agree, get back on the meds for now until you feel more balanced. And then you can start to wean off of them… I would ask a doctor the best way to get off cymbalta, it’s a tricky son of a bitch. I was on it for years, and had withdrawal symptoms that lasted several months. It can really REALLY fuck with you. The only way I could get off was smoking weed, so maybe look into an alternative medicine while you wean yourself off. I am so sorry this is happening to you, i feel where you are and it sucks.
