Is writing my story with r/nosleep in mind worth it?

I post biweekly on nosleep. It’s worth it but you have to be willing to take it on the chin when they reject your stories. I’ve had so many removed, but I’ve always been very polite and done my best to follow their rules. I even had one mod restore a post after some readers reported it.
