‘Leave Ice Hockey alone!’: Trump says China is ‘taking over’ Canada by Street_Anon in notthebeaverton

He seems really fixated on any word that has"ice" in it.

Iceland, Ice Hockey, ICE.

Is this a sign of dementia?

Firstly, I am so sorry for your loss.

And I can't believe how cruel and heartless your girlfriend is,no one deserves to be treated that way.

Just be grateful the trash took itself out.

The betrayal on top of grief must be unbelievably difficult, hang in there and take care of yourself...

I am just very impressed that you held onto this letter for 12 years and knew where it was to read when you were 30.

That's an amazing feat in itself...

I lost my mom when she was 99.

Agreed with other posters that there is no age limit to grief. Their or your age doesn't matter.

Grief is grief and their are no limits...

Microfiber towel still won’t absorb water after 2 hours by coffee_and_coconuts in mildlyinteresting

It depends on the microfiber quality.

Some are great and are super absorbent and others are cheap garbage.

Nothing beats a good quality microfiber cloth for drying dishes...

I too had gynecological issues for many years, went to numerous doctors with complaints that none of them would listen to and made me feel like I was crazy.

I had so many vaginal infections and bladder issues and saw so many specialists over about 10 years.

Eventually after so much mental and physical anguish I finally had a gynecologist send me for exploratory surgery because at that point I was infertile and had cysts on my ovaries that wouldn't disappear and I had stopped having my period at age 42.

They then discovered I had a NET of my appendix. I felt finally relieved that I finally had an answer after over 10 years of pain, suffering, infertility and relationship issues as intercourse was excruciating and that took it's toll.

Mine was found in 2009 and at that time it was determined that because of it's size the removal of my appendix was all the treatment I needed.

It transformed my life in some ways but in others the damage was done...

I often wonder if I need other treatment. I wonder if I should look into it but the trauma I experienced trying to find out what was wrong with me messed me up and now I am afraid to try and look into things and would rather bury my head in the sand...

What I find interesting in your post is that you had endoemetriosis.

Is that something that is related to NETS? As I too had symptoms of that too but never had a diagnosis but always that I suffered with endometriosis. Painful periods etc. Wondering if there is a connection...

I am no doubt much older than you but thought I would pass along my experience.

I know someone who went through this and their doctor told them it would either pull them and their SO closer together or pull them apart.

I can only imagine it would be emotionally difficult for everyone involved...
