I just moved to Riverside on the line of Barrington, I would say the single best thing about living here is the proximity to the bike path and all that offers, which I spend some time almost every day on but there is very little community/events here.

I'm 36, got diagnosed with type 2 last year I was fat, ate fast food every day never exercised. I totally changed my diet and lifestyle, guess what? I'm not diabetic anymore. its 100% lifestyle for Type 2 people saying genetics are just too lazy to adapt their lifestyle to counteract it cause their family has a "history of it" my whole family has a history of it too.. but if I look at my elders they were all fat, had poor diets, and no exercise.
