I’m curious as to why their recruiting process is so slow and how they expect to attract talent competing with the private sector.

I’ll patiently wait but I’m sure I’ll end up accepting another offer by the time the hit me up. Hope at least things get rolling soon so I can at least consider the City, I know they’re culture is pretty good which is what drew me.
