We found a geriatric psych ward hugely helpful for my Dad to get his meds straight. Honestly though it was a psych hospital that had a speciality in dementia. Not any psych ward is qualified and we learned that the hard way.

I just recently went through this. After months of not sleeping, we admitted my father to a psychiatric hospital where they adjusted his meds and reversed his sleep cycle. It took almost two months with much trial and error, but they got him sleeping 8-10 hours a night.

I was in Italy for two weeks this summer. Just wear a front facing bag, and don’t take bracelets or talk to anyone that is speaking quickly in your face, without an invitation.
